BEETROOT DILPASAND



BEETROOT DILPASAND:

INGREDIENTS:

Beetroot halwa – 1 cup,

Milk bread – 6 slices,

Corn flour – ½ cup,

Maida (all purpose flour) – ½ cup,

Venilla essence – 1 drop,

Baking powder – a pinch,

Oil – for frying,

Water – ½ cup,

Salt – a pinch,

Tutti fruties – ½ cup - all colors,


METHOD

Mix cornflour, maida, water, baking powder, and vanilla essence and make a dropping consistency batter,

Cut the bread slices into circle shapes,

Mix tutifruites with the halwa.. and place the halwa in the centre of a bread slice, and cover with another slice, and stick the corners of the dilpasand with water,

Repeat the process with the other four slices to make 3 dilpasands,

Heat oil in a pan for frying the dilpasands, Now, dip each bread dilpasand in the maida cornflour batter and fry them on both sides to golden brown on a medium flame,

These dilpasands can be stored for 2 days, and it’s a great recipe for kids party.. they will love it..
