CUCUMBER JAL



CUCUMBER LEMON AND MINT JAL


INGREDIENTS:

Cucumber/keera – 1,

Lemon – 1,

Pudina/Mint leaves – 6,

Black salt – ¼ tsp,

Sugar/Honey – 2 tsp,
METHOD:

Peel the skin of the cucumber and grate it finely, Now squeeze the juice out of the grated pulp of the cucumber into a glass,

Now add lemon juice to the cucumber juice, mix well,

Add mint leaves, black salt, and sugar/honey to the above and mix well,

Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves…

Cucumber gives great cooling effect to the body, lemon provides the c vitamin and mint acts as a refreshening agent best juice in this hot summers.
